The 105th mens and 85th womens greek national championships were held in Patras, 2728.7.2019.
Mens team of Olympiakos Piraeus and womens team of GS Kifisia were the top ranked.

Katerina Stefanidi did the best performance (based on IAAF scoring tables) clearing 4,83m. in womens PV. (She tried after at 4,92m to set new NR but didn manage it)
Konstantinos Filippidis won the mens event with 5,71m. while Karalis didn’t pass this height and placed second with 5,60m.
It was the 11th win in a row and 12th in total for Filippidis.
His 10th in a row and 12th win performed Konstantinos Douvalidis in 110m. hurdles στη 13.56. For 12th time won also Dimitris Tsiamis the mens TJ event with 16,70m.
Their 9th win performed Baniotis in mens HJ, Anagnostopoulou in womens DT and Dimitrakis in 1500m. – in 3.39.94.
Konstantina Giannopoulou won womens 1500m in 4.15.03 and did the only double of the championships winning the 800m. too.
Miltiadis Tentoglou did 8,22m in mns LJ, while Paraskevi Papachristou won the womens TJ with 14.09m – did also 14,22m during qualis.
Panagiota Dosi performed a NJR in womens HJ where the winner was Tatiana Gusin with 1,88m. Dosi cleared 1,86m beating the 1,85m record of Niki Bakoyianni which stood since 1985.
Michael Anastasakis did 75,13m in mens HT, while Christos Frantzeskakis improved his junior’s best performance throwing 73,86m.
Nicholas Scarvelis won the SP while his sister Stamatia won the HT.
Konstantinos Nakos won the 400m hurdles in 50.98 and lead his team GS Trikala (Touloumis, Mermigas, Popa also in team) to win the very last event of 4x400m. SDY Argolida (Dalaka, Georgala, Toka, Karkalatou) won the womens event in 3.42.06.
The winners of 4x100m were GAS Holargos in 41.45 with Tsiroulis, Vlachos, Lekkos, Damiris and GS Ilioupoli in 46.58 with Chatziandreou, Piperidou, Byrne, and the winner of the 100m. Spanoudaki.
